The Aboulay Education and Technical Skills Enterprise Development is a project setting out to build relevant skills as well as develop and run sustainable Enterprises in the Republic of Sierra Leone in West Africa. (b) The Business seeks to explore and harness the Geolocation potentials of the Republic of Sierra Leone and make it into a profitable Export Processing Zone.

Our Philosophy and Vision

The Institution hold the following values:

(2) Belief in the developmental potentials of the Human resource if converted into Human Capital.

(3) The Business believes in the egalitarian development processes not egoistic development.

(4) The Business operates on Honesty, Mutual Trust, respect for due processes and is Apolitical and nonpartisan.

The Institution has a vision of providing the foundations for a sustainable International cultural and economic structure that can trigger growth and development of a viable Private sector that shall be mainly for Export Processing in the Republic of Sierra Leone.

Our Goals

The main long-term goal of this business shall be to Institute and sustain a national Technical skills program that shall be Entrepreneurial as well as a training program to build and sustain an internationally credible skilled Labour market to make Sierra Leone take advantage of her geolocation in the Atlantic Region which puts her within 8 hours flight to every major city on the Atlantic and 16 days by sea to each also.

Short-Term Goals

Developing a web and mobile application that shall introduce basic, audio-video courses in diverse Technical Skills that can serve as the basic conceptualization foundation and curriculum access for potential students and learners in Sierra Leone. Seek technical and financial assistance and cooperation to begin a pilot phase of the project which shall be mainly practical training that is combined with Enterprise development in Sierra Leone. Draw up a strategic plan for a phase development program that can provide the project with medium- and long-term sustainability.

Target Market

The Target market is two-fold but in the short and medium term, it is the Human Resources of the Republic of Sierra Leone which shall be trained to acquire new Technical and Vocational skills and be productive and self-reliant and sustaining. Ther first phase is to develop softskills for self-reliance and which are linked to non white-collar employment. The second phase shall Professional Technical and Vocational Skills development that will encourage Direct Foreign Investors who shall be encouraged to use the geolocation advantages of Sierra Leone to take technical and other resources to exploit the Skilled Labour market that this project shall provide. This shall develop a viable private, export-oriented sector which shall see a kickoff in the economy in terms of growth and development.
